Working Together Outside: Nature-Based Therapy in Derbyshire
You don’t need a special bond with nature—just curiosity and a willingness to explore what feels true for you.
Outdoor sessions take place in:
-
Allestree Park, Derby – A peaceful green space on the edge of the city, home to Britain’s largest urban rewilding project.
-
Black Rocks, Matlock – A dramatic gritstone outcrop surrounded by woodland and moorland, known for its stunning views and rich climbing history.
These sessions are ideal for those seeking eco-therapy, nervous system regulation, or a more embodied, nature-connected way of working.

Working Together Inside: Therapy Rooms in Derby & Matlock
I offer indoor therapy sessions in warm, quiet, and welcoming rooms in Allestree, Derby and Matlock. These spaces are ideal for those who prefer a more traditional setting or need physical comfort and privacy.
Even indoors, nature is always with us. We can bring its presence into the room in ways that feel meaningful—through imagery, breath, memory, or creative tools.

Working Together Online: Flexible Therapy Across the UK
Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility—especially for those living with chronic illness, navigating parenting demands, or managing geographical distance.
We’ll meet via a secure, encrypted platform and shape sessions that feel safe, connected, and attuned to your energy and needs. Online sessions are available to adults across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
